Iran 2/12 – Rasht and its surroundings

The second part of the photo reportage from the trip to Iran – Rasht and its surroundings. This area is one of the few places in Iran where it rains often and it is green, making it clearly visible on satellite photos. Iranians are proud of their greenery and like to spend their free time there. For us, Europeans, it is not such an attraction. In the pictures, among others: Rudkhan Castle (located on a hill in the rainforest), Masouleh village (where you walk on the roofs), Emamzadeh town, open-air ethnographic museum, and the shore of the Caspian Sea where Muslim women bathe in full uniform
